1. Copyright Policy – કૉપિરાઇટ નીતિ
Student Flow પર પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવતી educational content, articles, notes, MCQs, images, graphics અને અન્ય material માટે copyright અને intellectual property rightsનું સન્માન કરવામાં આવે છે.
અમે શક્ય તેટલું original, properly licensed, publicly available અથવા educationally appropriate content ઉપયોગ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરીએ છીએ.
2. Copyright Infringement Notice
જો તમને લાગે કે Student Flow પર પ્રકાશિત કોઈ content તમારા copyrightનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરે છે, તો તમે અમને copyright complaint મોકલી શકો છો.
Complaint મોકલતી વખતે શક્ય તેટલી નીચેની માહિતી આપો:
- Copyright ownerનું નામ
- સંપર્ક માટે Email Address
- કઈ copyrighted workનું ઉલ્લંઘન થયું છે તેની વિગતો
- Student Flow પરના allegedly infringing contentની exact URL
- Content પર તમારો ownership/right દર્શાવતી માહિતી
- તમારી complaintમાં આપેલી માહિતી સાચી છે તેવી પુષ્ટિ
3. Content Removal Request
યોગ્ય copyright complaint પ્રાપ્ત થયા પછી અમે ફરિયાદની તપાસ કરી શકીએ છીએ અને જરૂરી હોય તો સંબંધિત contentને temporarily અથવા permanently remove, restrict અથવા modify કરી શકીએ છીએ.
માત્ર complaint પ્રાપ્ત થવાથી infringement સાબિત થયું છે એવું માનવામાં આવશે નહીં. દરેક complaint ઉપલબ્ધ માહિતીના આધારે review કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.
4. False or Misleading Claims
Copyright complaint મોકલતા પહેલાં ખાતરી કરો કે તમે સંબંધિત content અંગે યોગ્ય rights ધરાવો છો અથવા complaint કરવાનો કાયદેસર આધાર ધરાવો છો.
જાણપૂર્વક ખોટી અથવા misleading copyright complaint મોકલવાથી થતી જવાબદારી ફરિયાદ કરનારની રહેશે.
5. Counter Notice / Response
જો કોઈ content copyright complaintના આધારે remove કરવામાં આવે અને content owner અથવા publisher માને કે removal ભૂલથી થયું છે, તો તે સંબંધિત સ્પષ્ટતા અથવા counter-notice માટે અમારો સંપર્ક કરી શકે છે.
Counter-notice મળ્યા પછી applicable law અને ઉપલબ્ધ માહિતી અનુસાર યોગ્ય પગલાં લેવામાં આવી શકે છે.
6. Third-Party Content
Student Flow પર કેટલીક links, references, images અથવા અન્ય third-party resources ઉપલબ્ધ હોઈ શકે છે.
કોઈ third-party content અંગે copyright concern હોય તો શક્ય હોય ત્યાં સુધી exact URL અને સંબંધિત contentની વિગતો સાથે અમારો સંપર્ક કરો.

4. False or Misleading Complaints
Before submitting a copyright complaint, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or are legally authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in liability for the person submitting the complaint.
5. Counter Notice
If content has been removed following a copyright complaint and the affected publisher believes that the removal was made in error, they may contact us with relevant information or a counter-notice.
Any response will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the information available to us.
6. Third-Party Content
Student Flow may contain links, references, images or other resources originating from third parties.
If you have a copyright concern regarding third-party material appearing on our website, please provide the exact URL and sufficient details so that the matter can be reviewed.
